atlenix provides AEO, GEO, AI visibility and SEO consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are described in individual proposals or statements of work.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting functionality, or scraping content for redistribution without permission.
4. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and materials are owned by atlenix or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without prior written consent.
5. Client engagements
Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements. In the event of a conflict, the signed engagement letter prevails over these Terms.

Search engine and AI platform results depend on many factors outside our control. While we apply industry best practices, atlenix does not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or traffic outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, atlenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
